Character: Lirit Spring
Faint moon light kissed the already deathly pale skin of Lirit, making her glow like an eerie porcelain doll as she moved gracefully silent through the thick overgrowth of vegetation. In her centuries of living she knew the Hollows better than she knew her own body, but was still yet surprised by some of the vegetation that she discovered. Once she found a flower that would numb the nervous system of simple mice with it's pollen, paralyzing them before eating it like a Venus Fly-Trap... She used that plant to make many poisonous concoctions.
Tonight was her harvest day where she would go look for plants and creatures to use for her studies. Often she would make potions and magical powders from the living creatures that she experimented with, which she would then test them on the human slaves, or "Blood Dolls," as everyone calls them. This angered some of the Sanguine family because her tests would taint the blood of the dolls, and many did not live long enough through her tests, so she would have to use more.
Lirit was of high enough rank to not be bothered too much by them, and her research was invaluable to the Mistress and Master -- though they did wish that she would be more careful with her research.. they only had so many dolls as is.
Though Lirit was a meek tiny thing, most of her Sanguine family is a little taken aback by her. Lirit presumes it was because of her cold, calculating nature.. and the fact that she can preform some of the most gruesome experiments that could even chill the already aged dead blood of a fellow Sanguine members.
The night was a night like any other, Lirit just expected to hunt for a fresh supply of ingredients - maybe discover a new rare plant or animal. However the night would turn out to be a little more interesting that she had expected. For now Lirit inspected the scent of a Nightshade flower ... "this would make a good killing potion," she thought.
